【ご来店の遅れについて / Late Arrivals】

やむを得ないご事情で当日のご予約時間に遅れられる場合は、分かり次第、お早めにご連絡をお願いいたします。

ご予約時間を10分以上過ぎてのご来店となる場合、その後のお客様のご予約状況により、施術内容の短縮、またはキャンセルとさせていただく場合がございます。

Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or cancel your appointment depending on our schedule for the day.

【ご予約・キャンセル・変更について / Reservations, Cancellations & Changes】

前日までのご予約、キャンセル・変更は、前日の営業時間内までにサロンへお電話にてご連絡をお願いいたします。

当日のキャンセルにつきましては、体調不良や交通機関の遅延等の理由にかかわらず、ご予約いただいているコース料金の20％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。

また、無断キャンセルや度重なるキャンセル・変更があった場合には、当店の判断により、今後のご予約を制限させていただく場合がございます。

Reservations, Cancellations & Changes
For reservations, cancellations, or changes made on the day before your appointment, please contact the salon by phone during our business hours.

Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the reserved service price, regardless of the reason, including illness or transportation delays.

In the case of repeated cancellations, changes, or no-shows, we may restrict or decline future reservations at our discretion.
